Payment and Fees: Fees for services will be charged as per the price agreed upon specifically with the client via verbal or written communications. Fees may be subject to change at any time, and such changes will be final only upon approval from the client unless otherwise stated in any other document signed between 1040 Planners LLC and the client

Payment Terms: All charges incurred for use of the Service will be paid at the time the product or services are purchased. If at any time a credit card charge or payment check is refused, 1040 PLANNERS may at its sole discretion shall immediately suspend or terminate this agreement.

REFUND POLICY:

Fees once collected will not be returned except for delivery issues from 1040 Planners LLC. For any queries on refund of fees, please write to contact@1040planners.com.

Fees will not be refunded once the Tax Return Review/PDF document is uploaded for Client’s review.

1040 Planners LLC will not issue a refund for returns rejected by the IRS or any state agency

Modifications of the Terms of Use: You agree that 1040 Planners LLC reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate the Service or any part of the Service. Any amendments or modifications made by 1040 Planners LLC shall be prospective only.
